HOW WE DO BUSINESS
Someone contacts us interested in a job. We ride out to look at the job, talk to the customer, take pictures, we answer questions about scheduling, prep work, product used. When we leave the job site and get home Renae pores over the quote being very efficient, transparent, and honest as is possibly. There are no questions left unanswered on our quotes. We then email the quote. We will then follow-up or answer questions as need be. We also will give you references.
You accept the quote and we have received 1/2 payment: You are then scheduled for the next available slot. Turnover is typically six days per job.
Your kitchen will be left clean and orderly every day.We will call in advance the week before we start. On start day we will come take all the doors and drawers off to the shop. We clean, degrease, and buff sand all cabinets bases and doors/drawers. After the prep is done to the bases, we prime them.
Second day we caulk, putty, and put the first finish coat, all our finish coats are Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Semi Gloss.
Third Day Last Finish Coat.
We then, from our spray shop, prep, prime and finish the doors and drawers, all done with the best primers, finishes, and spray equipment. We are totally hands on. We are here to provide a superior product and relationship with clients. We are a service oriented team.
Our clients will attest to what we stand for in business, and what we hope to achieve with every job.
Cost: Well the truth is we know what we have to make to deliver what we do. And frankly in the many years we have been doing this and 100s of kitchens we have not ran across many wise folks that want to buy on price alone.
